Business & economic reporting.

Covering the driving forces and economic entities that make up the framework of our existence.

Commercial real estate & affordability reporting.

Business reporting experience.

As a business reporting intern with the Orlando Business Journal, a market of American City Business Journals, I cover Central Florida's commercial real estate market, financial developments and acquisitions, local economic growth, the tourism industry, and more, pushing for the return of residential real estate coverage. My work consistently sees high visitation numbers and conversions.

I investigated how proposed measures in the 2026 Florida legislative session would affect local businesses and larger corporations in the state, as well as the proposed bill to remove property taxes, implement a state business tax, and provide exceptions to the minimum wage.

I have additional experience through my position as editorial coordinator of The Community Paper, where I covered small businesses, economic developments, governmental projects, funding initiatives, nonprofit programs, and more. I investigated the city of Orlando's funding of nonprofits helping homeless people and the resources available to senior citizens in Orlando, especially those with disabilities or facing economic disparity.
